The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Lahore has planned month-long cake-cutting ceremonies to mark 90th birth anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. President PPP Lahore Aziz-ur-Rehman Chan said the objective is to pay tributes to the towering figure of Bhutto who rendered his life for the sake of democracy.

He said the PPP has listed down the places where the ceremonies would be held every day throughout the month. He said the first cake-cutting ceremony was held at the residence of Malik Shahid Imtiaz, a senior party worker. A good number of party workers attended the ceremony and expressed their allegiance to the cause of Bhutto.
